So, we need 25b for 1 Life Stone, it's a really joke with the players
in the patch notes:
You may trade Elcyum Powder and Crystals for Elcyum at "Merchant of Mammon."
10 Elcyum Powder → 1 Elcyum Crystal
10 Elcyum Crystals → 1 Elcyum
then 1 Elcyum = 100 Powder
You may trade "Life Stone Instilled with Giants' Power" for "Elcyum" through "Merchant of Mammon."
On Barts powder are around 15kk that mean 1 life stone 1,5b. Why 25b?

Its 25b cuz you need 50 Elcyum for 1 stone, not 1 Elcyum :)
I remember reading that the effect is random. So if someone is targeting for a specific effect, he will need several attampts before getting it. So 50 Elcyum will not be enough unless someone is extremely lucky...
Looking at how much strong those augments are, and also the fact they'r 100% sure to get a some of those skills (at least according with patch notes, but who knows), I think this "difficulty" level is fair enough. Totally plausible, as end game content.
1st, powder is really overpriced. should be half the price of ear but in time it will go there.
2nd, getting that stone with 50 elcyum isnt the only way, you can get them from aden boxes, the expensive ones. chance is probably 1 in 5k but you get a skill for sure, like this for example http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/7356/24554067.jpg
I agree with Draecke too, that these end game contents also the developers used to say, that they want some contents to end game what can be hardly achieved contents.
While I think these things aren't over powered, but fact, that a player if can play he can use out excellently 1-1 bonus from these giant power augments.
yes 15% 100% info ) i seen somwhere 5% on forum but its a mistake which have to be corrected. Btw if u get liek 10 of those u become dangerous oO
30 seconds celestial then u get undying will then u slow down 50% afterall u silence twice and ofc u can get 1 of those nice pasives thou .So basicly more of those u have more power u get :D.
i don't want to know yul damages under minds eye + critical weakness + critical damage oO this would be insance boom
