Where it says it was suposed to be improved? I t was always implied it would have weaker stats.

The actual implication that any reasonable person would infer is that it would offer a temporary damage boost verse a Kamael's normal form lasting exactly 5 minutes.
Why would they add in a skill that was implied to do less damage than you would do without it? That would just be stupid.

For months it's known final form was gonna get cut on it's stats, you should check rochand more often.
I wasn't showing that the stats were going to remain the same, I was using it to show that the implication was that it would be a damage boost compared to a Kamael's base state.
check lindvor patch notes -> race skills and u can see:
Kamael - body reinforcement - Increased stats of transformed state
so if they write they will increase it then it means that it should be stronger than it was. And now its weaker a lot... :/
It is stronger in stats. Stats , meaning str, dex, com etc. The double p attack etc was too OP.
But from my pov. Now transforming to do Raid is useless since they upgrade mark of weakness with -30% def. This makes it more important for all pt. I do now kartia much faster w/o trasnforming to niavarope just spamming marks.
i guess it wasnt really big oop... double p.att which can be used for 5min and reuse was 1h... ;/
u could use it only or rbs cause skills of ff were and are still super weak, on pvp it was useless maybe only as tank but still... slow and not big power of skills...
now using ff is useless party looses solidarity lvl u cant do debuffs.... earlier at least the lower lvl of solidarity was rewarded with great p.att
