Clan Warehouse Issue on Naia and Chronos

Adventurers,

It's come to our attention that after the database clean up some clans on Naia and Chronos are having issues with their warehouse. Some clans have lost the items from their warehouse.

We've identified the issue and are working on a solution. Unfortunately there's no ETA at this point.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but please rest assured that all items will be returned.

Can we use our CWHs until then, or we should store our items elsewhere?

Our clan is and we have the same question. Should we be putting money in for the clan hall rental.

I guess it only affects the clans that had their inactive members deleted during the cleanup.


My main clan's warehouse is ok while the 2-members clan I made on my alt is now a 1-member clan (the other member got deleted) and its warehouse is empty now.

I'm torn.

Part of me wants to thank you all for screwing up because it got all the garbage out of my warehouse that I was to lazy to empty.

The other part wants to scream because you deleted all the adena and now my clan hall says I didn't pay the bill.

Hopefully putting more adena in there until you fix this corrects the issue.

And yes before its said, I submitted a ticket.

Affected RP on Chronos. For now keeping enough to maintain the fee's and clan hall rent. Like others was a interesting feeling to see a clean WH, however the rapid heart rate wasnt so fun:)

To be safe I wouldn't recommend moving things around in the clan warehouse. We're having an emergency maintenance tomorrow morning to address the issue so you won't have to wait long.
