Hey guys, I accidentally purchased a (1-85 200% xp rune) on the wrong account. I am trying to gift it but it will not let me due to not meeting the level requirement. I leveled him to 2nd class just in case but it is still not allowing me to transfer the item >.>. What is the level requirement and is there any way i can transfer the NC coin onto my other account. This is very annoying, I paid money, there is a gift feature why cant I just transfer. Thanks.
