They come in a package like runes. Just buy it and bank it if you think you'll need it later. Timer doesn't start until you open it.
Doesn't need to be a permanent addition, and it's cheaper than the old class change service...
I've considered doing that, but that means I would need to dispense that money now. Whereas, if this was a permanent option I could hold off on spending that cash now and purchase them later.
This is only useful to farm olympiad on some class and then change to get hero in other class if u dont get enough points in the one u did (for example tyrr gladi/doomringer/destro will change after CB to tyrr maestro/dreadnought).
But NO... something like this noone will do.

Or it's useful if you're playing a particular class and then find out it's being nerfed on some update and you decide to play something else. It's a fairly cheap insurance policy against becoming irrelevant in a future update.
