I saw some of the bots, who i think are using illegal sofware, in game (one of them ArisElf) lvling-up. So i tried to report them, but after i fill out the pettition i got the message "There are no GMs currently visible in the public list..." and then disconnect. I did it twice and both times i got DC. :/
Why game system do that??? So everytime i inform about using illegal 3rd-party sofware in game i will have troubles to log in again and again...? :mad:
A lot of people are trying to use the in-game petition system, why don't you search the most recent threads about it?
Because in-game petition is by far the easiest, most intuitive and standard way of contacting support, specially if that option is available from menu. People are not going to search official forums before they need to communicate with support and all the tools are available in-game.
Allow me to turn the question around: why is the in-game petition system still accessible from in-game menu if it hasn't been working for year and a half? Either make it work or disable it in client. It just confuses people.

I agree. But as 1Peri1 said on another similar thread, we can't help it, only NCKorea can disable that function.

Yup, our content comes from NC Korea, this game is Korean based. NC N. America doesn't have rights to change the code of the game. In Korea I believe they use their in-game petition system.
Ours is nonfunctional because NC N.America downsized. As I said before it's easier to have a few monkeys man the emails over a lot of monkeys on standby to answer live to petitions.

How do I report a player that I think is botting?
If you are in game, please type:/gm 'Player name' appears to be a bot.
because this command gives DC actually like fighting a bot in this way
