how to make quest when npc that should give quest under geodata?

Try /target NPCname then use normal attack.

So we're gonna wait (at least) till next Wednesday fro these? This dev team does not really care about discouraging new players, as it seems.

Half of our academy can't do the class change since the last maintenance...

There's no dev team in NCWest. How about you make a web petition about the NPCs not working?
