You also have a better chance to get the weapon fragments from Lindvior than Valakas or Antharas. It's still very low though.

I am kinda disappointed about the drops. I mean if you go with multiple Clans how you suppose to split this lot worth evenly. There is no way tbh. A time consuming Epic which will not guarantee it will be constantly farmed by the same group of Clans/Players ... QQ
Another thing. I have no problems farming EPICS. But the majority of the Players do not share the same feeling. They either do not share the patience nor the feeling they are gaining something from it. I mean Players want to have a Reward of somekind for doing a RAID for 2-6 hours consuming of their time. For Blessed Resurrection/Soulshots/Blessed Spiritshots/Spirit ores used during the RAID. Doing a RAID this size with 100-200 Players and split 10-15 items aint going to convince them to come either. That is also kinda disappointing. I mean right now doing Istina/Octavis with 2 Parties and fight over 1 BEAR/BEWR drop aint promissing that things will improve for EPICS this size.
Anyway I am really disappointed also about the Blessed Items drops. 1xWeapon and 1xArmor each time. The Blessed Eternal Breastplate & Stockings even in the drop list? What about the Blessed Amaranthine Cutter? I noticed them missing even after killing it 25 times. LOLLED

Statisticly Wise Bullocks ... Old School EPIC atleast dropped tons of Scrolls Armor/Scroll Weapon/Blessed Resurrection/Adena and tons of Armors/Weapons. Players felt satisfaction after seeing the Drop List. Now they will say WTF? Is this it? Just a few drops for the 100+ Player base. SO disappointing. hahaha

Yes, those items are in the drop list. Not everything dropped since it was 25 kills.
The Dragon Claw Weapons are the ultimate weapons in L2. The drop rate for them is low and the price to craft/upgrade them is expensive because they are powerful enough to plow through dozens of players within seconds.
I personally do not complain about this drop of rb Lindvior, i complain about the drop from rb Octavis or Istina... Exemple: Octavis, this rb accessible to all, now drop 1 jewel at 100 Kills With Rune 200% Drop Rate. So this is probably the something much worse. gl to all.

I had no issues killing Lindvior on our QA server, but I would wait before trying to kill it again. We have a few issues we're waiting on to be fixed.

However if you open npcdata.txt and check the right line you can see the droprate x)

dont worry about the big craft/upgrade part juji, i know some clan who has like 30+ farming partys out of town to farm enough adena in order to get all the items in order to craft these weapons within the next 3-5 months >_>
wanna bet Chronos and Naia will be first to have a Dragon weapon at Stage3 just because these server top clans have gamers xping at the same time inside 30 different partys to farm adena to just buy 30000 R gems/10000 Giants Energy and the other needed items .
Once first couple people receive these dragon weapons, server legit popularity is gona sink by 30% i promise.

You're correct that drop tables are server side, there's nothing in the client files that would reveal that information.

Which is the reason why any website/wikipedia that posts drop/spoil probabilities has either obtained those numbers from stolen server files or simply makes them up.
Colorado would now probably ask why NCWest permits on their own forum the mentioning and even linking to plainly criminal websites :D
List of drops You will have to click 1st,2nd,3rd,4th image links at the top to view all the drops as I took multiple screenshots scrolling down my log. Clicking the image once will enlarge the image to view properly.
This is not the first case we have seen of the drops not dropping. Earth Wyrm did not drop blessed gear either and he has dropped a piece virtually every single kill we have killed on the boss.

That information implies that the rest of your first post is outdated/wrong. (If it's not 100% chance of getting blessed gear how is that you have 25/25 of them on the test) Can we have a real test for the latest update?
From experience seems that all the dragons drops has been somehow nerfed. Would be interesting to see a complete update on your test for them.

The entire test has been updated for Valiance. Added drop groups as well.
Korea did this to force lvl99 players to go farm on HB for mats & recs to craft their R99 gear..
It's funny that in here (NCWest) you can't do neither in HB... Sad that they do changes here that were design for completely different realities causing catastrophic situations.
We will see in the next few months the first NCWest server closing because of a economy crash! I don't remember seing such thing in any MMORPG!

Not to mention the glowing godlike effects that will inspire awe and fear into your enemies before they get mowed down.
Can you reupdate it back to the last drop table and all drop tables for that matter?
How is it the hardest raid this game has ever seen doesn't drop blessed gear 100%? Why nerf that when it used to be 100%?
It's nearly impossible for under geared players to catch up with how the game is right now. This needs to be seriously reviewed.
Because NC afraid to loose long time players...the ones with all that impossible gear put buckets of money to feed the servers management. Who doesnt love to be an unfair king of their territory?
The big adena sinks are their way of making those same players not be sitting on their throne of money but...theyre alrdy there and not coming down with these constant nerfs that affect more the ones who had less to begin with.
