how the best effect on armor ? for othell rogue enchance or assasin ? FOR PVP
Wind Rider, Adventurer, Ghost Hunter = Assassin
Fortune Seeker = Enhance
Wind Rider, Adventurer, Ghost Hunter = Assassin

No really.

Immortal = Assassin.
TW = Enchance.
Seraph = Assassin.
Eternal = Enchance.

Immortal set => Assassin:
2 parts: DEX + 1
3 parts: Evasion + 2.3; Resistance to Sleep + 5
4 parts: Skill MP consumption - 4%
5 parts: Critical Rate + 3.3%; Resistance to attributes + 10, Atk. Spd. + 3%, P. Atk. additional + 7%

In immortal u have some evasion and some crit rate. +1 dex at this lvl is better instead of 1 str and some p.atk that u barely will use.

Twilight Light Armor Set => Enhance:
2 parts: STR +2, CON -1, P. Atk. + 180
3 parts: skill MP consumption - 10%, resistance to hold + 7
4 parts: HP + 487
5 parts: Critical damage + 242, resistance to attributes + 10, Atk. Spd. + 3%, P. Atk. additional + 7%

Twilight enchance remove 1 con but gives 487 hp. Critical Dmg > Critical rate. Better for pvp/pve.

Seraph Light Armor Set => Assassin:
2 parts: DEX + 3, STR - 2
3 parts: Evasion + 2.3; Resistance to Sleep + 10
4 parts: Skill MP consumption - 4%, skill attack + 6%
5 parts: Critical Rate + 3.3%; Resistance to attributes + 15, Atk. Spd. + 3%, P. Atk. additional + 7%

6% skill power, evasion, nice dex. 6% skill power is something u can't just ignore.

Eternal Light Armor Set => Enchance:
2 parts: STR +3, CON -1, P. Atk. + 246
3 parts: skill MP consumption - 4%, resistance to hold + 10
4 parts: Skill P. Atk. + 6%, HP + 521
5 parts: P. Atk. Spd. + 3%, resistance to attributes + 15, P. Atk. additional + 7%

Some nabs keep using seraph light in lvl 99 with the excuse "assassin r99 set have no skill power". In bartz I loled hard with some hero shouts about this crap. Well, like this (enchance) the set is amazing. +3 str - 1 con (but + 521 hp), way more p.atk. Put ur brain to work and use the correctly dye setup here and be happy.

I seriously consider for this option in my set before i make appearance.
But for 99 me still need ~40 days whit my normal game time.
I use +3 dex from hear accesor. and in part of dye i have 1 lv5 dex leg (+5 dex +1 con) atm and use "temporary" 2x dex+3 con-1 who i will change for some lv5 after other priority stuff.
In this moment i'm full dex oriented and i think that will maybe need to continue in my FS if i use enchance in 99 set or maybe 2x dex + 1x str

What is your opinion in balance str<>dex<>con in this "enchance" tipe organizacion? :)
;O but its give -1CON and me lik othel fortune seeker I love the CON xD
In Valiance Skill Power is working again, so:

No really.

how the best effect on armor ? for othell rogue enchance or assasin ? FOR PVP

for pvp u should use Robe for better reuse on skills, this way u can use all skills faster and kill all. Also dont forget to use shield since u can block all skills and win all pvp.
