The skill expert casting is broken, in light armor it does not give any of the -20% reuse on magic skills. It does however increase cast speed as it says. I tested with multiple different light armor sets and with no armor on at all and it does not change any of the reuse at ALL.
Are you just sure that the Re use is not always applied ?
Well the skill specifies that it is also applied when you have light armor equipped. And when i remove my light armor i lose the 10% cast speed bonus i get from it.
So i am assuming the reuse is just broken all together.

It was GREAT class and now hes juts broken winged BROILER.
1.st of all he became 1 shot robe user
2. he have miserbale wit and cast
3. his casting expert do not work at all.
4. his Matk is MIserable.
5. Soulhound Never was mage!

Reroll :) now good = sumoner yul othel. if u want pvp :) sumoner is like f1= pets attack f2 macro on debuffs: TADAAAA you win :) othel = f1 fake death-waiting f2= hide-wating f3 macro stun backstab : TADAAAA you win the prize. Yul= f1-hide, waiting 1 minute f2- minds eye f3-macro any 2 skills and 1st thing you see its arrows in ur butt from 1100 range :) TADAAA you won the prize !:) ok i can mail u bsoe :D
