Can't buy Coins

I am trying to buy Coins with Card Visa, and it's says try later bla bla. Is it poblem with payment now?

the problem remained. I can`t buy ncoins. i have 0 ncoins at account.

YOu need to contact the NC Soft via their web site. I have the same problem, I send a trouble ticket, they did something for me to access the site and WALA, I can buy some coins.

I get the same message "We are currently unable to accept your order at this time." CC and Paypal.
Is there some maintenance still pending or my individual ticket-worth problem?

Edit: When I click "visit some of our retail partners link" it points me to non-existing site http://us.ncsoft.com/uk/retail/
