I've gotten to level 40, what do I do with my level 20 gear? just sell it to a vendor? also what can I do with left over marks of justice/courage or whatever?? just use them? are they auctionable?
Also I have not been using my "pet wolf" should I start to? I mean he steals my EXP basically right and I almost one shot everything right now, what would he help?

Yeah but make sure its a light town(dark towns make the selling price lower due to taxes).
Use them for shots since they can't be sold(you could get a weapon and vendor it though).
Forget about wolf, iss buffs (what you get from adventurer guide and mentor) are pretty much all you need and the wolf later becomes even more useless.
well, I see a lot of clueless here spreading missinformation, but alas. A Great Wolf, and specially a Fenrir, are both for circunstances:
1. To be a DD, in case of you are a low-dpser, like tanks, prophets, dancers - in this circunstance, the wolf will 'enhance" the dps on the target, making the killing faster; or it can work as a separate DD, in case of you are farming - in this case, you can send the wolf to kill a target, while you take care of another, at the end, your killer speed will be x2 than if you were solo'ing at 1 target; or
2. If you have a Fenrir, then you can mount it, like an horse, and get much more speed than if you were running by foot. Good if you are doing some talk-'n-run quest type, i.e.
3. and for last, because they are imba cool.
An advice? Dont try to rush to endgame as fast as you can, but enjoy the minors pleasures in the pathway to it. :)
