The ranking list will not be there until the dev team adds it back with all 34 classes. We will ask the devs to put it back in.
how long are you going to allow people to abuse Chaos Essence from the l2store to switch over to different heroes? IMO they shouldnt be able to keep points and switch all the time as we witnessed for the month of July while other heroes get screwed.

And what will we get instead? The new level cap of 1000/1000/999/999 to enjoy the mindless grind without drops, and the so-called "PvP tournaments" without any rewards?
Maybe it's time to stand up and inform the Korean devs that we strongly disagree with their bizarre scheming?

also curious about top 10 although i got a glorious cloak (not really hard to get anyway even before :p ) i wish i had the feeding like some others getting hero is so easy if you are in the so called "top" clans ^^

And how can you be sure it gives the cloaks/hero rewards correctly?
What if it just randomly gives out free cloaks?
What if the entire system is totally bugged and messed up, like lots of other things in the game?
How can you tell, unless you have actually viewed the ranking and compared it to the info about each contestant's points (that you collected on your own) during the competition period?

wrong. they are for top percentiles. meaning if you have 1000 participants of a class, the top 1% (=10 players) gets the 1st place top bonus and so on. your example is only good for if you had 10 players in that class in total participate.

You can see number of signed people when you signing olympiad. For example on Naia last month signed around 2600 people, and 1% (26 people) got 100k tokens. So not even all heroes got. ;)

My archer GS finished the oly with 65 points so i got 65k tokens. Fair enough
My tank ST, which i sign mainly to get the GEs from the quests, had 76 points and got 76k tokens. No problem there
The Tyr Titan on the other hand, had 185 points and got only 55k tokens ?!?!? New calculation system ?

why would they as long as they are getting money?
everything in this game got so unprofessional, including the fact that they delete posts that point with fingers at them. they are covering up their own obvious mistakes and leaving exploits in the game as long as they can get more money from those credit cards. issues like these will not be fixed until the money stops flowing. so until then you can enjoy your oly, just dont expect to get hero.

its based by classes and its always been. so when there is 1k archers, 1k tanks and 1k tyrrs farming you will get many different results based on factors like how many of those individual classes are farming or seriously getting points and how many dominenty in their own class but loose to others.
for example with my ISS i finish usually with 40-60 points depending on how many matches i bother, thats good for 75k tokens. my healer the same points but only 55k tokens. my tank with triple or more gets 50-75k tokens and to me there is no surprise there either. many tanks are very serious about oly and you need 1k+ points for 1st percentile, but in other classes 300 points gets you hero. the same with your tyrr.

I think the bug was that you got 65k and 76k, since all scores are "normalized" according to the table given ingame at the Oly Manager, and the 55k tokens seem to be the 2nd tier bonus.

The Oly manager still grants the same numbers of tokens as before: 30k, 40k, and so on.
And if the quoted above was true, then some players would receive ~1 million tokens each, which did not happen.
You mix the two different things: Oly points awarded to you for winning a match, and those abstract points (which are not "points" in fact) handed to the top players at the end of the competition period.
If you have scored a few hundreds of Oly points, you most likely get in the top 1% and therefore receive 100k tokens; if you scored something around 100 pts you get in the top 10% and receive 75k tokens, and so on.
There's no way you could receive any odd numbers of tokens such as 65k etc.

Ok at the end of this month will screenshot my archer's and tank's scores , cos obviously many ppl can't coprehend that fact, that this is wrong for me too. That;s why i said the oly was weird. Before that i either got 75k tokens or 55k and in very rare cases only 40k. It used to be like if you have, let's say 500 points and you're in the 1% and manage to get hero stat (Rank 1) these 500 points were equaled to 100, you get 100k tokens and all the other ppl in the same class got aranged by this score (so the guy after you, even if he had 2 points less then you; he got only 75k tokens, cos he is rank 2). That was very lame solution. So now i wonder if they fianlly put some sense into it and made it as it should be. With such ludacris reputation demand, it's natural for the oly to evolve into something usefull. With the new item and adena drop, prices like 14bils are just plain stupidity. Honestly, i expected either lowring the required reputation for the items from oly menager or higher/faster rep gathering from the oly itself. It was just a matter of time.
