We will be sending out the 400 free NCoin to those that updated to a NC Account this Friday, July 5th.

This will include everyone who updated between June 19th and and 11:59PM PDT on July 3rd.

The date has been changed to July 5th due to the expiration of the promotion, players being helped with the update process and of course tomorrow being a holiday. We apologize for the delay.

We'll update this thread once the NCoin has been sent out.

It's not necessary to have 0 NCoin to receive the reward.

There is a 30 day time limit on it. It starts from the moment you receive the NCoin.

We will start soon Epic Raids and Tauti instances and I guess many another player will enter to big raid instances.
That is why I ask, should we calculate, that the server will goes down, while we receive the NCoins.

No, maintenance is not required to send or receive the NCoin.

Next time please specify which holyday exactly, cos i spent the last 40 mins wondering what holyday comes tommorow that i'm not aware of, and i'll work on, till i figured out it was 4th of July. Not all of the players are american you know.

It could have been the CM in charge of NCCoins having a midweek break -

and of course tomorrow being a holiday

can you please stop deleting general posts that are criticizing the way how NS soft is handling things in these matters! 4 of my posts alone got deleted without comment or anything. those where non violent posts, no flaming, trolling, etc. i was only pointing out the facts about how things are being handled from NC soft in general.

They did not have to give free coins to make you do what they want. lol They could have locked out the old accounts and forced you to update and give you no coins. They have done something to create good will and instead of looking a gift horse in the mouth you should WAIT.

Hello Vanchle,
if you created your account on May 24th, you will probably have used an email address as your login information for the game. If this is the case, then you will not receive any NCCoins, as the 400 was just for people who have the old login style who upgraded to the new style within the short time up to July 3rd.

I hope this makes sense.

Same, I migrated 4 accounts same day, 2 have gotten the coin (one of which I can't even gift myself anything since keeps saying not high enough to buy item even if it doesn't say in description) and 2 haven't yet.
