I just noticed that in 3 of my accounts(all with user@mail format), the security questions have been changed.
What is NC up to?
Fix this ASAP.... before my IP changes and I stop being able to access my master accounts.
EDIT: 4 user @ Mail had their security questions changed.. 2 non migrated accounts, kept security questions
Most questions were changed to: "What school did you attend?", "Street of Birth?" and "Father's name?"
- It looks like that only some accounts got changed, it seems that the recently migrated accounts are those affected.
- A friend reports the same problem.
Well same here Ykara.
my 2 chars tampao & Alfinetes..
i try the login on NCSoft it says its wrong...
i think is strange but i put the password recovery and the 2 security questions thet are showned arent the ones i choose.
in fact they are totally diferent..
i cant migrate my accounts because of this.
pls ncsoft i would love to migrate and get those coins to my accs..
i would love not to lose them both cause of any excuse...
but iam not able to change it cause the security questions for my acc's are the ones that i choose.
had same problem but i managed so change to new system. So i presume you can do aswell use your email. Incase you fail u can create ticket for acc suport.
Just answer some questions and u get accaunts back.
Well.. I have all my accounts safe.. I have fixed IP.. so perma authorized location.
But I saw those problems.. and 2 friends lost access to master account to some of their migrated accounts and also couldn't migrate the rest of their accounts, as misteriously the security questions got changed.
