Haste + health carefull you have to put haste first with red stone,the 2 sa purple stone, only in this order, you cannot put health then haste.
I always put health and then haste. It doesn't really matter which SA you put first, as if you puth Health (Blue) then want to add Haste... you use the same purple crystal. Hell, I even get the haste+ focus option.

Don't matter the order, once u put health u can add focus OR haste after it(teal or purple).
Answering ur question, if u are tanker the first sa u need use is health, deal with it. About haste or focus:
With rhapsody u make 1500 atk speed but no full crit rate, U should see what do u like. On my view focus is better (got this conclusion after some tests with other tanker friends). Some people preffer haste, but it is up to you (the really important thing is the pvp bonus of dual sa).
Ops i did make a mistake on the final line, i do mean that there is no haste+ health.
The order matters, you can only go 1 way.
Explain then how I did health and then haste in my old apoca sword? Don't matter the order... is like mixing collors if u don't noticed. Red + blue sa = purple (example).
