Testing: Bonus exp regarding to the number of party members
Question: What is the bonus by number or party members?
Reason: Which is the minimum number of party members from that each members gives bonus exp?
Testing the exp gained by a single player to a mob (or raid boss)
Testing a 4 people same level versus the same mob
Testing a full party of same level versus same mob
Note: XP is still divided among party members, but the total amount of XP for killing the monster has increased because of the bonus.
Mob: Dartanion (lvl 85)
Character Level: 85
Results:
Solo - 1,786,976 XP (No Bonus)
Party of Two - 1,965,672 XP 1.1x Bonus

I know about having a party of 7 bonus,but I have power lvled my character and I did not get a bonus,instead the exp for the mob was divided by 2.
I then had a party of 3 and the exp was divided by 3.
I then disbanded party and started killing mobs solo and got more exp.
When i did this test,all my characters were around the same lvls from each.
42,41 and 40.
Ofcourse once I get home from work I'll try this again on 1 single mob since I have 2 characters at the same lvl.
But now i ask,was your testing based on, 2 characters kill 2 different monsters to get the bonus or both characters kill that 1 monster to get the bonus?
I should make it more clear. The XP is divided among the party members, but the total amount of XP for killing the monster has increased because of the bonus. Without the bonus for 7 people, you get 255,282 XP per member. With the bonus you get 510,564 XP per member.
sad fact but ppl tend to only care about the amount of XP they get themselves so if the total XP is 2X more with 7ppl but is then divided by 7 it means an actual loss unless the kill speed or amount of mobs killed with 7ppl out weights the loss..
to translate how ppl actually experience how this so called party bonus works in reality:
full party -> 1,786,976 XP * 2 = 3,573,948 XP : 7 = 510,564 XP means a loss of 1,276,412 XP aka 71.4% less XP
and duo XP is: 1,965,672 XP : 2 = 982,835 XP -> loss of 804,140 XP aka 45%
