Q: Can I subscribe to the Recurring Pack with the NCOIN balance I have?
A: You cannot purchase/subscribe to a Recurring Pack with NCoin. Recurring Pack purchases must be made using a credit card or PayPal and it will be billed each month (approximately every 30 days) automatically or until you choose to cancel. You cannot combine your NCOIN balance and your credit card/PayPal to purchase the Pack.
within 5 mins asking around to people in my Clan and friends in game, I found 14 players with existing NCcoins in their account and they cant use it to purchase the subscription or the code to be able to use the Prestige Pack.
Only 2 of 14, are willing to pay more (since they already have existing credit in their NCcoins) in order to get the pack.
NCsoft you are making a big mistake with this, In my case, I have 50$ worth in NCcoins in my account, yet I will have to spend 15$ more to buy this pack.
Please, be fair with all your costumers and allow the pack to be purchased with NCcoins in a non-subcription way.
This way there would be 2 ways to get the pack:
1. Subscribers with paypal/Credit card as it is now
2. Normal purchase with nccoins as the other packs (destiny, etc)
I dont see a single reason of why wouldnt you let people purchase this with OUR existing nccoins.
