Payment system error to purchase the Presitage Pack

I cant use Credit card nor paypal to make the payment. It always says that general system occurred. Could you please check?

I still can not buy the Pack. They told me that my payment at High Risk in their stupid system. Come on Im legit to buy the pack and please fix your system. Its not fair.

useless, they said my account high risk or something. try sometime later but it've been month already.
