WTF with ncsoft and his rules?

hey ncsoft i play in chronos server that is full of bots everywhere.
(gainak, harnak,eg,kamael, sos, zaken) my question here is why they still playing so freely , u can see them doing zaken with 100 or more characters from same account with names ffzaken01 to ffzaken050 . and the best thing here ..

IF IM TRYING TO REPORT THEM FROM GAME IN REPORT BAD USER OR FRAUD IN GAME WHEN I CLICK SEND ,THE GAME AUTOMATICALLY DISCONECTS ME .

really with this update the only ones that can get good stuff are this guys. so sad

We all know they will not change anything, unless the servers start to collapse.

Since Lineage is free to play they cannot afford GM's
good luck

I think bot report buttom dosnt work :/ you can use it betwen 30 min but this don't do nothing. they are always playing :/

To report bots: https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/

I suggest to use the search function on the boards about in-game petitions.
