Still no fix for the really annoying stuck at splash screen problem. Why are the devs not prioritising a problem that stops clients from even starting? Support constantly says we are aware of the issue, yet it still doesn't appear on the known issues list.

This is really beginning to drag now. I want to actually play the game and not spend every wednesday starting and killing clients until three clients spark to life. I wouldn't mind killing clients at times but daren't atm as it can take several hours to get them up and running again.
One more week without summon bug fix, this bug doesn't afect only summoner but all servitors in game, be hellkinight with blood panther unbuffed sucks

Chronos server is unstable, got down 5 times in the past days. Any explanation? Still not fixed the cloaks to be weared when you log off / in, the npc's took ages to appears, client side getting icons orange and if you don't rr the client u get crash... I think one way to apologize us for all that would ban all 3rd program users and the bot trains. Why does NCWest doesn't use Frost security like Innova does? nProtect it's useless, Chronos it's a bot land, Report button it's a fairy tales, u can report 5000x times the bots and they will be 24/7 on the same spot and nothing happens.

Whoot... my const iss will kill me. He has to rebuff in Istina 2-3 times.. Not counting in the middle of pvp my summons also die and with unbuffed summon in pvp i own with 200 crits to robe users hmm.. And I should shout - ISS buff me, stop healing,debuffing and just make rebuff personally for my Wynn Feline Queen.

Don't worry, NCSoft totally screwed one class in oly, in PvP and in several PvE case but if you purchase the Legendary pack in two weeks, you will be able to unlock your character full potential and it will work again !

So when a patch has a fix you are testing it and not applying it till its 100% it works.
Here is an idea. Why don't you do that with EVERY patch? But no, you must give us surprises every time we login!

Asuming that you did this testing when you implanted the latest patch why on earth you dont just patch the game without testing it?
You test (making as w8), then you implant (always messing something up), then you send info to korea for new problems (and we w8 MOAR). Just patch the thing it will save both of us some time.
So it seems Olympiad quests wont give rewards again. This kills interest in it. Also pet buffs bug is really annoying. No offense but NCWest should be able to fix such small bugs, not wait for fixes from Korea. And as few already said it - This is NOT KOREA and we need different fixes. Waiting for it from Korea always takes so much time, servers need more care than it gets now.
You (NCwest) testing every patch before relaese, and everytime there are bugs. That mean your test team sux or you let buged patches go live and "fix" it later.
Anyway it mean you can step over your test phase and players will test it.

in game option of oly rank was disapierd because it was moved to the website.... so you have to wait for update website for it not for update of game =)

It´s not the restart that lasts hours. The servers are running on Windows 95, so they need to defrag.
Joke aside., give them a break. Bug fixing is not a one day thing. I agree they should have tested the last patch at least a bit tho, the loading bug is pretty obvious, but well...
It's not just PC restart, they need to change food for hamsters powering servers, change litter, clean cages, contract vet to check whether all are alive and healthy etc. It takes time.

To be honest given current unfortunate history of patches, I'd rather have it introduced according to standard maintenance and patching procedures(*), chance of introducing new bugs is pretty high lately ;)
(*) not that they help much right now as QA supervision and test server is not part of it :(

The real answer is that nccrap don't care about your game, my game... The only think that it cares is to make money and fix instantly the bugs related to l2 store or l2 galleria. Responce also at "profit' bugs of the game is instantly too. That's the real answer. Don't expect, vali, juji even the owner of the server to confirm this....

Because when emergency maintenance ensues, there's always the passerby party pooper complaining that the maintenance occurred in the middle of Kartia/Istina/Fortuna/Octavis/Teredor... Without realizing that if it's an emergency maintenance, there's no "right" time for that.

wtb a truly-free game as it was when GoD lunched!! also want to buy clever stuff like it was when they got bugged when they changed 4 summons to 2 (tauti maintance a year ago about) that u rolled back until u got fix and then ta-dah 2 summons no problem! and petition system must go on one day! after that no drama! cheers

I doubt they know to do a roll back to the database. They are unprofessional at all my friend. People is so stupid. They buy thinks from store to play a full of bug game like old private servers.

I think if MCWEST does not get thier act together soon the player base will.....

Laby, you agree with Nostro's post... which is joking sarcastically about the EPIC plight of the player base and the QQing associated with these small issues. All of our issues, EVERY last one, is nothing and the sky isn't falling because NCKorea hasn't sent NCWest a fix to the many issues that plague our "American" servers.
The larger issues are years old and yet we cry on these forums cause we need to put our cloaks on? We have endured lag, bots and cheaters since before 2007... yet we continue to play and pay.
Cloaks not equipped and olympiad rankings are not major bugs, they are really quite minor in the grand scheme of things, however a bug that stops the client from even starting, now in my opinion that's fairly major, has been ongoing since lindvior came, support is aware, inca are aware, and still doesn't even make it to the known issues list let alone being fixed.
After further testing, the cloak unequip bug is still present for tomorrow's update. We were able to identify the issue, which is happening with all R-Grade Armors. S-Grade and S80-Grade armors do not have any issues with the cloak unequip bug upon login. Apologies for this inconvenience.
