Did you know when you installed lineage or NCsoft launcher that you also installed spyware for them and they can **** your computers and home network even any computer within your house...... I just found this out by a NCsoft supervisor Tim.... He just told me they've hacked my computers and checked into each computer inreguards to an issue i was having, now why i really really really want to know why they should have such right to **** all my computers within my house with out my permission..... I have nothing to hide i have no bot progs ive been a 100% legit player but still.... Just knowing they can **** into any computer in my house cause i have their software on my comp is very alarming and extremely disturbing.... And thought well everyone should know this cause they dont have that right to **** peoples computers at their own will....
And if they truly have that power why are they not using it to eliminate bots???? Oh right cause they probably run half of them..... They spam us like mad to report bots yet they do nothing when we as players actually report bots... So that tells me they run the bots.... Cause ive seen 12 bots in various locations running the same routine for the last yr and they are still at it..... Despite myself and hundreds of others reporting them as bots....
Lying to customers is bad business sense and counterproductive to NCSOFT's mission statement and goals as a company. The information we have provided is 100% accurate and we would have no reason to provide you with anything but truthful information.
Your original inquiry was in regards to why you hadn't received your 400 NCoin on your game account(s) _______________The answer to that question has been answered and explained several times through the course of this correspondence by myself, my counterpart Leslie, as well as the other representatives that handled your issue before your ticket reached the supervisor level. Your game accounts were simply not eligible for this promotion.

Promotions that are run, such as the Upgrade and Get Paid promotion, are handled by automated scripts that are checked for faults several times over before they are put into the live environment. Even with these checks and automated processes, we manually review any account that a customer has a concern or questions about. After these checks were done on your account we have the utmost confidence that they did not qualify for the reasons we have already stated.
Regarding the ineligibility of your account for this promotion, I do feel that this has been clearly explained. As a result I hope you can understand that further replies regarding this issue may be closed without a further reply.
Really.... I dont think i am at all.... I not once ever gave them permission to access any computer in my house hold... And yet they can do so to anyone at their own will wait till they **** your comp see how you feel about it....

It's called IP check. It doesn't involve hacking in any form.
Kinda hard for that to happen when she has a different IP then i do.... She has her own modem and i have my own.... So try hat again...
You have different ISPs to back up this claim, I hope?

Sounds like someone's been annoying to the point they're sick of him :D. No hand outs for you lol!
I assume you never heard of prism... they monitor everything you do on the internet, they can even read your email. There is no need for anyone to **** you, they already know everything that you did.

It's not the software discussed here. So, my best bet is that the GM knows of the guy's accounts just by looking at the accounts logged from the same IP. Doing so isn't rocket science...
Yeah, when I look at L2 **** late at night I take a second to pullout some extra Kleanex for those at my cable company... watching me watching the ladies of L2.

Nowhere in their email did they say they looked on your pc or network.
It's not difficult to do as others said and check who has logged in from a specific IP address, whether at the same time, or at any time.
It's not difficult to compare surnames,
it's not difficult to compare any other information they have in their database.

Additionally you do not know what kind of information NC Launcher or game itself sends, specially when you click something like "participate on anonymous usage statistics blahblah". It can easily become non-anonymous :)
Game definitely sends internal and external IP address, it's not hard to compare whether 2 clients are connecting from same network and same ISP. Maybe it sends MAC address too (can identify computer or network interface brand), maybe DNS and ARP cache entries (hostnames and MAC addresses of surrounding computers and network devices like gateway), and some other stuff like computer hostname, architecture, which Windows username client runs under, OS version, some basic HW information. It's all easily obtainable from system and put into database where it can be compared.
I recently had to migrate my old L2 accounts to the new system and retrieve my passwords. I was actually quite surprised how helpful the GM staff were for Lineage 2.
Regarding ncsoft hacks, everytime I load up L2 I get a message from my AV that my host file was accessed. Also, everytime I disconnect from Chronos my internet connection goes down until I reset my wireless modem.
