Fairy of Life skill

Fairy of life skil description : Summons a fairy that follows and periodically heals the selected party member for 60 seconds .Has a chance of recovering hp when attacked .

All looks good in description ... but it dosent heal the party member periodically .. only the second part of the description its applied some heal when the party member is attacked ...

the skills only start "working" when you are in low hp, and often activates if you r being hitted. Just to note, if you cast if on a target with , lets say, 60% hp, it has a higher chance to do a first heal as soon the target receives the skill effect.
