I had a break from L2 and now I'm back for a new chronicle.
I have Feoh Wizard race: Dark Elf, I have to make a decision on what to transform.
I will say that I have a lvl 99 and most of my games will be based on pvp.
What do you advise me ? I really do not know what to decide so please write a few sentences why you suggest such a change.

i strongly recommend you reroll feoh to anything else. Its useless in pvp :) . Its good only at aoe exping. If u want decent pvper tale yul sumoner or othel, Tyr is also good. Feoh is a carpet on the floor no mather if u have gear or u don't.
Can't predict what new updates will change, but for now Nuker is not best PvP char in game.
In 1 vs 1 playing wise, using obstacles and having place to jump, you can have some fun.
In mass PvP 70+ ppl still you can be important class (not sure about StS tbh), but in 7 vs 7 nuker has hard time.
Unless you are +6 blessed armour and spam pots like hell, you lay dead longer then you play :)
Your small pdef makes difficult to survive almost anything.
Even take Knight doesn't help so much ... thus making you semi DD :confused:
But if you can afford top gear (like +16 R99,6++ blessed and epics), I'm sure you can find fun in PvP :D
So far, much cheaper version is summer... but who knows what new update will bring?
Personally I do play soulhound.
I do enjoy that class.
30 sec of +5000 P def and AoE Para make possible to have some fun in small scale PvP against most of classes (small scale I call 3 vs 3 or just random PvP's at exp spot ).
But in 7vs7 (and bigger pvp's) people do prefer have in party soultaker.
Those who have mad equipment (unlimited source of adena) should go into StS to get frags ;)
Be aware with weak gear as StS you are just glass not a cannon glass :)

Soultaker is strong debuffer.
Debuffs can be spam and with wynn in party target virtually is defenseless.
Weak gear is (mine definition):
regular weapon, OEd +4, no passive augment
set not +6.
If you play at Naia look at top nukers - red glow R99 weapons.
Even those being first target can't survive in mass pvp.
StS with huge power is amazing against single target but in mass pvp killing one is not enough, when he is virtually defenseless.

most people who talk about the feoh like this just don't know what their doing or how to play the feoh correctly...
tried both soulhound and soultaker ....you should 100% go with soultaker especially at 99....you already have crystal form, arcane barrier and choose disparation as a race skill...
anything greater than 1 vs 1 the feoh is great....1v1 u can do well just depends on whether ur good or not...
u can spam the soultaker dark curse and do insane damage and also the soultaker will be getting transfer pain next update with a summon (allegedly) its a clear choice for me but that's my opinion
