dps is maybe the wrong wording as obviously skill crits/attacks will be stronger with high oe weapons R grade but the reflect damage effect does make it very efficient if all you be doing is chain ppl and spam hates..
personally I would still get a decent R grade weapon with dual SA's for the pvp bonus and try to get passive reflect on that if it would be that important to me :)
btw PVE wise that weapon is bad as it means you don't add any DPS to your party

my cp dmg is such LOL always :P I'm just considering pvp, as well, dual sa r and above = 10% dmg on pvp, this FB same 10%, lower p.atk but reflect and skill power still pretty good.

Tank that try to have good dps having S grade weapon with 2 reflects..... something is wrong there. U are trying to play by reflect and also to hit ? Then u are playing tank in wrong way... Strongest tanks around are ppl like Hitcha that have 3rd class reflect skill+passive reflect+active reflect, but that have also a counter point when ppl have aloooot of reflect resistance.... So if u want cheap way to play by reflect u shouldnt care about the dps :/
