You will need a lvl 99 charter, +16 weapon, + 6 PVP armor, Epic jewels, all +5+1 dyes, Talisman of Desire, ect.
Get 7- 35 charters. Set them up in Olympiad and collect the fame and tokens. No need to fight, just log them into the game. In just a few weeks or months there you go. But hurry now that the bots have exploited this until they have all they need and more. NcSoft will be changing this. They want you to buy Ncoin to try to catch and compete with the bot players.
The caret is their just in front of you. All you need to do is play longer, spend more on Ncoin. Four hours a day is not enough try 8 hours a day. More. Just a little more.
If you have not figured out by now PVP in L2 is not for the casual player of 15- 20 hours a week. Apparently only people that are willing to spend a lot of money one way or another are able say GF after a hole 2.5 second PVP fight (sorry I am sure there are a few legit players that PVP well in L2). I say this only because of the first sentence. If you have this kind of gear I say you are not legit.
Do not expect Ncsoft to start caring. They have made all the $$ they need on this game.

To win PvP? A lot of time/effort (skill sometimes help but not much if you are low level and badly geared) or a lot of bots.
Also, NC system is wrong, money wise. WoW cares a lot more about the casual player and their income is times greater than L2. I am not getting in a discussion of what game is better, it would be like oranges to bananas, but their system works to make moneyz.
Answer to your question: Spend many dollars to make your char lvl 99 with +10 ++ armor, weapon, jewels + epic jewels, make many scripts to auto target/ auto attack/ auto use of potions/ auto switching camera, take pop corn (or pizza) + coca cola, stay in front of your pc and enjoy how's your char winning the automatic pvp.

The so called "Bad packages" from "bad scripts" so again those yellow people are the Only to blame about that?
It sounds weird that people with skills can still win and it is freakin weird but there are still times where we fight completely automateb robots with red guns and we win.So if you really believe that this cant happen then either you or your party uses something to win (generally speaking)

I was using immo set+6 in olys, s80 dual daggers, Tw jewels i can defeat a lot of ppl 95+ (i was 89 when i start to join olys) I don need runes ... just know ur weakness and strenght, and enjoy the fight ^^

How long do you need to play to get a lot of or a bunch of blessed weapon scroles?

You don't need to be a bot, 99, z r@ng3r, pots, scripts, +16 weapons, +6 sets, full blessed epics to win pvp. At lvl 97 Tyrr Dreadnought admittedly not the worst Tyrr pvp class there is but its close, I was killing red weapons in Oly with my 2 hands, I have OLD epics (+6 AQ, +6 Frint, +5 Zaken, +0 Oly ring) and one new (+5 Istina Earring) a +4 Maliss Stormer with 1 SA 300 Element, +3 Armor all 120.
There is nothing super special about that build, only part of pvp is knowing how to play your toon, the other half is knowing your opponent. When GoD came out I lvled 1 of EVERY class of character to 85 to see what skills they have and how the effect gameplay in pvp. Knowing your opponent is just as important as knowing your toon.
Admittedly +16 Blessed weapons, +6 or more Armors, +6 Epics, scripts are not easy to fight, BUT also not impossible to win.
Can't wait for 20% more till i can put my +6 Eternal set, +7 Regular weapon, on too see if it makes a difference. :p

the sad side effect to the majority of us that bother to post in such thread, its only the hardcore botters has the big balls to do it - to set up a 3rd program and scream at everyone's face how hard we suck at this game. Silent resignation is only what is left to us. GG
