Can't log in

I just registered a new NCsoft acc. Downloaded the game/launcher, updated the game and started it. On the long in screen I put my display name and password, did not work, also tried my email, still no hope. Any help, this probably sounds stupid, but I just can't log into the game.

wow that sucks man, i however am playing right now and it's awesome.

Just finished kartia party instance, may be you have some internet connection problems?

This is serious, I can not login and I have had my accounts for years. Before anyone ask I already checked the air in my tires and they are 42 PSI!
