Is the refund choice on the npcs working for you guys? For me it isnt on Shilen. I sell something and then it doesnt appear there.

True, I just tried it, selling common recipe and after opening dialog with NPC again it's not there.

still disabled so don't sell anything to NPC you don't want to loose
