What has to be your monthly income to get that +7 shirt ? 5-6k $ ? . I mean thats considering you give 10% of your income to game you play which is i would say very high sacrifice. 20 $ is fair deal but not 500-600$ or Mooooore.
Yea, this bothers me tbh. I really wish they would just keep events and the store separate. There are plenty of other things to sell in the store. Even the 1 ncoin thing for 1 item per day irks me.
I really wanted to get a plus 7 elem T shirt, however I bought a new computer. Seemed a better choice.
Bring back old events, keep store items separate. Keep the Ncoin cost realistic.t
I don't mind spending money on vitality pots, runes and some other things that i actually know what I'm receiving (even tho prices are crazy), but stuff like these shirts i don't take part in. Some people spend hundreds of dollars and get nothing, its just free money to ncsoft. Its wore than going to a casino, they are pretty much saying lay a boat load of money down, pick a number between 1 and 1000 and i promise I'll tell u if you get it right....
they make their own odds and very rarely do u see someone that gets what they pay for
Here's another tip. If you are buying into a "chance" at something then it's probably not worth the money. If you've played L2 long enough you know your rate of luck is LOW!
You chose to gamble with your money be prepared to have nothing to show for it. There's no refund or alternate prize. Further more no event should require you to purchase anything period. I refuse to buy event items, those are also considered "gamble items" in my opinion.
If you do not pay much money for something, it is probably of poor quality.; If you pay well for something, it is more likely to be of good quality.
That might be true if they just straight up sold a +7 shirt for more than a +0, but in this case they are offering a game of chance. I know someone that dropped 50 bucks and got 2 +7 shirts, and someone else that dropped over 500 bucks to get 1 +7 shirt.
The problem isn't only in the P2P events. The free events' rewards should be U-N-T-R-A-D-A-B-L-E. Whatever you win, it stays only for yourself. Otherwise it's the same story with every descent event - ppl logging as many boxes as possible, bots going berserk for event items and none can enjoy the supposadly refreshing event. Tersi's Light wasn't a bad event if you dissgard the bots. The one with the eggs also was cool. The 9th anniversay would've been nice if they hadn't put packs for coins in the shop.

They do sell items straight up, but these items are more along the lines of cosmetic or increase/maintain rates of your game points. To get power improving items, such as these shirts, you must gamble. Gambling your money away is each individuals choice, none of us are forced to spend a dime. I find it hilarious when the cries about this game not being free to play when it is actual free to play. Only you willing give NCSoft your money, only your desire to have more than the other player finds you gambling on virtual dreams of power.
