Hello evry one we all know that we have serveral problems with bots! corect?
Here is how we will end them! if we all stop play our main chars and start fix new acaunts and we get some tips from some "Friends" that they already use bot program and we all start "play" with bot and donot pay for for NCcoins to buy items maby the NCSOFT will realy start thinking to make somthing abut bots I Personaly hate this but i think is the only Option to END of Bots! coz they will start mass bans and more active GM's in game! that is only my thots! is nothing to go agenst NCsoft but is somthing so they will have to make them think that we are here and we pay for that game and we love to play it! with the difference that most of the bot pts owners are those that spent like 1000-2000$ just for +15/+16 their weapons, and those only for the weapon, without count all the rest (people even spent 40k ncoins for try make a shirt +7), so basically the money they get from those people > money from legit people.
if they lose 100 people that spend 50$ at month (for a legit one is way too much every month) = 5000$
5000$ are the same money they get from 2 or 3 people that want a weapon +16 or 10 people that want a shirt +10 or any other thing in l2store.
if i would do what you say and stop buy ncoins, well...they would lose something like 50$ in maybe 6 months, not really a big deal i guess.
The only thing that you idea will produce is inflation.
The reason why bots exist is that some ppl are willing to pay cash to obtain items in game. These ppl will never follow your idea cause they just dont care!
To give you an example: Asuming i can farm baium alone and i got the power to not let others farm him. There will always be ppl that want baium and are willing to pay for it. If 30 ppl wanted to steal the farm they probably could BUT HOW WILL THE 30 PPL share the LOOTS all of them will want baium and NOONE wants to be the 30th in the row to get! Also there could be scams in the way and all are afraid of this so noone will join this act. 99% of them will say i farm adena or buy them or buy item directly.
The ones that buy coins will continue so and the ones that sell "rare" staff will do also. The only difference you will make is the adena to $ exchange.

Soon more people will post about bots cause their favorite "bot spot" is crowded with them and they cannot bot peacefully :)
Make rep/pk scroll cheep. I'll buy the ncoin. Then amuse myself when board with the cheating fu...s. I realize the casual player will suffer a few PK's from the bot players. But a good trade off if u ask me.
