Dimensional items

I'm levelling my toon solo it is now A grade,level 61 but is stuck with c grade items, as my toon no longer receives the dimensional items, I'm now stuck and find it hard to level, is this right? Do I now have to buy my armour, sorry if this seems a stupid question :/

i exp my sub till 76+ with C gr itiems :cool:

well on other toon i receive A gr from website , so maybe your dimensional got bugged or smth :)

What do you mean? You're in subclass and can't get A equip 'cause you deleted it long time ago or you can't claim them from site/from npc? If you've problem to get them from the npc , check that your inventory is less than 80% or you'll be unable to get items :(

This is my main, I've only just started, level 63 c grade items only, inventory is empty.

It's indeed strange. The button are greyed saying not available ?

It's the first time you level this character right ? Since all rewards are available only once

yes first time levelling with this character, items up to c grade says claimed, all others greyed out and says not available.

i had similar problem with my new mentee. when i log into web to claim better items it says not available. after times i did page refresh i was able to claim those items. you should try that too :)
