Does it affect dagger skills as well ? Eg Chain Blow, Blood Stab etc.

Only normal physical attacks =)

So a dagger with 500 atk speed would use skills at the same speed as a dagger with 1500 atk speed ?

skill colldown (cd)/refresh not depend of attack speed, the r some epic's who give -cd, refresh augment active (lv2 give 1min -20% cd in every skill each 10 min), wizard harmony...

Attack speed effects how quickly the skill animation is done. A faster attack speed allows you to cycle through skills faster. It does not affect skill cooldown.

That's what I was looking for, the faster skill animation. So it is actually beneficial to have more atk speed :D thanks ~

If you r othell, if you have malodis and sonata then you have 1500 constant, if you asking for oly and not like to loose 1 melody in Lite then use haste solo dagger SA +att speed talisman maybe...
