Additionally, there is a chance the Cooldown of skills will reset or the duration double depending on your STR.

Did STR effect is only when othell use 1 dagger or same effect have when use dual daggers ?
I know all benefits when players use 1 or 2 dagger, just asking if this is fail in missing text or is real situation in game what someone tested or have expirience...

That is same the i trinket but some nab try convince me to buy his r99 duals with "talk" the just text missing in description of passive dual skill. And because this is ncfail + i play in bagmeld i never be sure the something is bag/misted text or real situation :)

On the point about STR vs DEX:
Keeping in mind that Othell is a "chance" class, for mass pvp, dex seems better. If you're going for burst pvp solo, Oly, STR is better. That's because you're not going to stand there and stab 1,000 times. You want the chance to max stab.
On the point about Single vs Dual:
It really depends on how much money a dagger has. Ideally, you have both dagger types, but if you have to choose dual dagger is better if your focus is PVE or a balance of PVE/PVP. If you're strictly PVP, single dagger is the clear option. This is a PVP game, so the expectation is that you go single, but it's up to the individual and their personal preference.
