I'm a dwarf, so this is critical for me to have access to my mailbox.
I've been in L2 since Prelude, however, I can't seem to figure out how to gain access to my mailbox.
I'm in town, I'm not in any sort of PvP situation and it's not giving a message. The box just isn't showing up.
Updated:
- This issue wasn't created due to an overflowing inventory or warehouse.
- The reset window location did absolutely nothing.
- It was specific to this account (I have 3).
All of this was done prior to this post.
I was looking for where the interface configuration file would be, so that I could delete it and run a check file to replace it. However, I couldn't find it. The issue seemed to resolve itself after a couple of hours.
I want to know why this problem happened. I am running dual monitors with L2 in windowed mode, which makes me think it could have been dragged off due to the game not initializing with the proper resolution. In that case the reset window location should have worked, but it didn't. Very odd to me, not a lot of answers. It happened again later, so I don't know what to expect or to do.
