Sublass and Dual class are two different things. If you want use Subclass change ticket you must be on sublass which you want to change. And ofc you can't use it for Dual class.

False, and outdated info. Epeisodion has no increase in the level cap, nor the update after it, which also was recently named Raiders.
Who wouldn't pick a summoner or another Easy XP class for the easy levels, and then change to a different class? Subclasses are whatever, not very relevant in this game aside from the Skill Certificates - Dual Class on the other hand are very relevant in a variety of ways.
