S Health duals vs. R duals

I'm seeing mixed opinions on this matter.

S duals for the massive hp/cp/mp boost or R duals with health & haste (including R95 & R99). Which would you pick and why?

In my opinion S Duals > R/95 for pvp.
I compared my blessed apoc duals +7 2Sa 300 with my S Duals +10 300....no dmg diffference.

well i think he is just asking about the clean ones (atleast no enchants) since its hard to compare a +10 weapon to a +7 one.

you should tell us if you are asking about pve or pvp purpose but the S-grade duals got deffinitely better SA for pvp + pvp bonus (p. atk doesnt really matter +4 or + 10 doesnt mean much)

clean S-duals ? :D you mean w/o SA ? well then its easy question

its easy to compare +7 blessed R weapon to +10 S-grade LOL, the p.atk difference is way more noticable than on clean ones

guess many ppl wasted big money on making red duals according to u guys ;))

I just made that s duals +10 coz of the glow ;) even duals +4 should have same pvp dmg. If +4 or 16 isnt important...the diff betwen my duals are 320 patk on wep (444 to 764)

Let's just say blessed +16 R duals with Health & Haste vs +16 S Duals for both pvp and pve.
