my dominator is now lvl 94 and looking in the "to learn" skills section I see the level 3 buffs at 95 I think, but at 99 there are no level 4 buffs showing as future to learn skills?
only 1 level 99 skill is showing ( don't remember which ) but that's all.
anyone know why the level 4 buffs are not showing up as future available skills?

you just can see only new skills, where 1st level of this skill is able to learn on this level, for exemple " blood requiem" at 97 lvl, and only next level of skills what you have alerdy learned, like all melodies what you have are lvl 2, so you can see onle next level of them and its lvl 3, on 95 lvl, after you learn them on 95 lvl , you will see lvl 4, available on 99 lvl

this one can be understand only like "you can see just 20 skills in learn tab" , and important is that exactly number, dont need be exactly 20, and its not true, this limit is much more, over all skill can be max showed in any class or this limit dont exist

yes, you dont(and as i write , you done tell any exact number, and its not important), but your post tell there is a limit with how much skills can be in this list, and its not true, there is no limit of it, and he dont see lvl 4 buffs only cuz he dont have lvl 3 learned, thats all, not cuz there is any limit and lvl 4 are just over it...
is simple like for all skills who have lv1/2/3/4... you not may see lv4 if you not learned yet lv3... up 95, learn lv3 and lv4 will appear in same place
