Biggest scamm since a long time. Even beats the Wheel..

36x Enchant Box (one time i bought a pack of 10 and got out of all of them Enchant boxes...)
3x Blessed Enchant Box
3x Dye Box
1x Dark Armor Stone
1x Bloody Armor Stone
1x Giant Scroll Box
4x High Grade Lucky Enchant Box

Unfortunately yes, I always consider everything they add for ncoins that depend on chance as scam, they should provide an estimate about win odds for players...
If they don't have actually source for it(or not allowed to expose it) then atleast make lab test with at-lest 100 attempts for such items/events
I was sure this had been discussed either here or on forums for another game that does lots of these lucky dip type boxes and that they were classed as gambling and so had to publish the odds somewhere. Of course I guess that could be somewhere strange that nobody would ever think of looking lol
It's not gambling since you got no chance to win money for your money.
Such random reward boxes exist in almost every game that is F2P (pay2win) and they don't owe you any odds explanation, its only on their free will to provide these if they want.
As a customer you're free not to buy these if they don't fit your needs or expectations.
Absolute rubbish. All cr4p and lies. I spent over USD 200$ on other main accounts and got back only cr4p. the guy few posts above at least got some BEWR/GEWR, i did not even get one.
This game is getting too ridiculous, i've spent over a thousand in not even a year and everytime i get shafted like this. NC is really dishonest about rates and enchantment for R is NOT 1/3 success rate but i think we all know that by now. in these luck draw events yeah yeah we all heard about that person that managed to get something good or boss jewel or something, probably only that 1 person out of all 5 servers. he/she probhably spent thousands to achieve that , what about us normal guys

Wanna just add this comment on enchantment although i know this thread was for passion chests. top of getting CR4P from passion boxes i also just blew 3 x apocalypse just going from +3 to +4, AND I WAS USING HIGH-GRADE LUCKY STONES. Your stones don't do J4CK SH.1T and cost NC360 per. Writing this comment i did not just base on tonight's failures. everytime i run an R weapon enchantment project, it ALWAYS ends the same way : i break everything whatever stone i use. Ur random processes for R are definitely rigged; i will NEVER trust NC products again.
The only way to obtain a high 10+ R weapon is probably to buy it off the market; someone probably spent $10k in the past and got back a $500/=value weapon and put it up in the AH, preparing to quit L2. lost about 5b just tonight itself in additiona to the USD 200/= spent on passion chests. And my prestige cube is still running got like 3 weeks left. if i don't get something HUMONGOUS from the cube instead of stupid energies of destruction lol for sure i'll be going too.
NOW i know why so many players still risk getting scammed/banned by buying gold from farmers, ur l2store is an even bigger scam!

75 Energy of Destruction (Which they should allow you to sell, the grimey bast**ds, but they don't)
So far the only good thing about the new L2 items are the high grade lucky enchant stones.
I made a +6 Dual Apoc Daggers, which I sold. I then turned around and used the proceeds to make and enchant another Dual Apoc Daggers using the Enchant Stones. That one made it to +7, and I sold it, too.
At this point the OE bug has got me. I started looking for more cheap stuff to OE and sell. I was down to my last 2 Enchant Stones -- only because my account won't let me buy more without using a different payment method. :)
In any event, in trying to find something else to OE, I looted one of my older accounts that I never play. One of the characters had an unidentified Apoc Stormer. Figuring that I was going to sell it either way, I took it to Mammon to unbind. To my surprise, instead of a normal apoc stormer, Mammon returned a Blessed Apoc Stormer!!! I forget what I paid for the weapon. I know they went for well under 100m back then. But I knew what I was selling it for now! Blessed Apoc weapons sell for 1.2B minimum plain. I had struck gold.
And just think, if not for the lucky enchant stones, I never would have even thought to unbind the weapon. Glad I did.
That said, sadly, my last two lucky enchant stones all ended in +4 fails. But I'm so far ahead profit-wise that I don't even care. What a weekend!
