Avenger - Critical Damage + Focus Vs Haste + Critical Damage

Hi all. I'm preparing a R99 Amaranthine Avenger (price for Cutter is insane) weapon for my tank and i'm undecided about the SA (Critical Damage + Focus Vs Haste + Critical Damage). Any of you have experience about this setup and which deal more DPS (PVP and PVE)?

Right now I have a +10 Vesper Cutter Health 300 with passive reflect that works very well in mass PVP, but I need a weapon for Oly/PVE.
passive & active reflect in oly > then R99 weapon..
passive & active reflect in oly > then R99 weapon..

Hi Draecke, thank you for your reply.

I already have both (passive in my S80 sword) but my question is about SA for R99 blunt.
Funny because I recently had the same dilemma. After some math my conclusion is the following : both setup are very similar from a DPS point of view. *But* haste give the advantage to make the skills trigger faster.

Also, there is more ways to add crit rate in-game (jewels/augments/subs ...) than adding atk speed.

So, definitely Haste + Critical Damage.

The only negative point about this setup is that you will reach the 1500 cap very often (Knight Frenzy or BR etc...), so you can sometimes think that your are "wasting" the haste SA. With normal buffs you should be around 1300 atk speed all the time.
I can just agree with both Draecke and kTaRn :-)

pasive + active refleect > all

about avenger, the SA crit. dmg + haste is slightly better (for pvp for sure and for pve if you have right crit. rate increasing setup too)
Ok. I go for Haste + Critical Damage and bust C. Rate from sub etc... but any of you have made test with DEX dyes?

I have in the char:
STR +5 DEX +1
STR +5 DEX +1
CON +5 STR +1

and have in the WH 10 x DEX +5 CON +1

I'm thinking in replace 1 STR set with DEX.
DEX is only an option if you're an Archer or Dagger class so sell it or keep for such dual class.

and next time plx use search cause it has been explained many times here which dyes to take on a TANK.
one simple fact : critical damage is useless without critical rate
