Hello everybody
Anyone here have learned Dual – Master’s Rage
Passive skill???
I just want to know how often this skill activates. After a long research I found in other forum that this skill chance to activate is between 1 -2 % which is very low and useless IMO

Please give me your opinion

Also, if I learn this skill after obtaining 3 certificates of dual class ( main and dual class lvl 95) can I later on change or re-learn a different skill?
Npc said you need to pay a fee and you can delete the learned skill but I don't know if you get your certificates back or you need to lvl up again to get your certificates

Thanks

I tried it out once. The proc rate is really low, so I changed to something else. You pay a fee to delete the skills, and then you can go on your dual and request certificates again.

Hm, just for the sake of curiosity, is this skills proc the same way as the one called Blessing of Protection (from dual class skill chart)? I'm lf more info about this skill, if someone have it and wanna share. :)
