I didn't get message with Prestige Pack code

I bought today a Prestige Pack, the transaction was successful, the money did disappear from my bankcard, but the message what should arrive to my game account with the code, didn't arrive.

I did contact with the support team, some hours did past, but still no answer.

Did this happen with someone else too?

log into your nc account and look for "apply a code"

Code for prestige pack should be there.
