So I spent 3-4 hours on this event. When I was finally satisfied with my Adena Art..
I get onto the web site to see this:

So please what is the reason for this? I played this game sadly for about 9 years now and as a Canadian citizen I cant enter this Event?

i think Vali was hinting at the fact they just needed to publish those legal subscripts in the event of the contest giving out a physical item which they have done in the past (with the adena art contest where they gave away a Taetossian Jewllery set). by the submission form i don't think they are going to make a fuss over the qualifications this time.

I have a question about the prizes - are all of them tradable? If not, which ones aren't? I know I probably won't win given my artistic skills, but still quite curious.

The Halloween themed prizes are not tradable, but the Anakim Sealbook, Bloody Amaranthine Stone, and Uthanka Ring are tradable.
