Fixed an issue where the texture of the door at the Fortress of the Dead wouldn't display.
Fixed an issue where you couldn't whisper another character during the Dimensional Siege.

The new support site as a nice url, which sounds obvious and may help people remember it easier (support.lineage2.com is totally obvious while lineage2.custhelp.com was a bit strange).
The Certificate issue is just a matter of time since you just bought it ? How long should it stay like that ?
Is it me or the new support site is using Zendesk ? :)
Will we be able to use most of features from the old websites such as tracking old tickets ? I didn't created a ticket on the new one for the sake of testing and I am curious about this

My favourite part is that you need to pay.. in order to get to final stage.
Ladies and Gentlemen.. we have Officially reached the Pay-2-Win zone.
But, if my memory doesn't fail me, the rewards were a little better to the point that people could actually participate and make a few adenas...
What I mean is that in the Valentine cake event you had to buy from the store a specific item to make your cakes better. This one pushes it a bit further, to the point that the users unwilling to drop real cash won't ever be able to craft a beer.
Well, this opens a market for the in-game items...
i think this kind of event is the best kind of event. you farm, you play as normal, and on top of it theres a chance to get the things you'd normally use anyway like bsoe and brex and elixers. the odd time youll get a scroll and thats an easy few million in your pocket.
its not overpowering, theres no real incentive to play the event super hard to get that bottle of soul.
and if you don't feel like hunting theres always the NCoin shop.
it legitimizes the adena grind vs the exp grind.
i like it. theres bound to be one ingredient that doesnt drop easy too.
What scroll is a few mill? A zaken/Ranku scroll? In your dreams.
Elven Radler rewards are near worthless. OK the brez/bsoe is ok but they are not exactly difficult to farm anyway.
Dion Pilsner rewards are worse. EAS/EWS. Who needs those. Cant give them away on Naia.
Dwarven royal Blue cocktail. EWR. Finally a worthy reward. The rest though are rubbish.
Aden White Beer. Giants scrolls are OK but again easily farmed via crystalization.
Gran Kains Delight. Needs shop bought items. You probably also need shop bought items or several bot trains to get the previous beer to upgrade too.
Only the bottles are decent rewards. Time limited boss jewels limited to days are pathetic rewards for the work involved in getting them.
Compare these rewards to the draco 1 rewards. Not even close to being in the same ballpark.
Events used to be a little extra to add some fun to the grind and help us make some money. Now they are almost entirely for paying customers. This is soooo wrong in a game that prides itself on its free to play credentials.

Your theory would be valid if you actually got a decent drop rate for the item. But the problem is that you don't. And even if you buy the items from ncstore (i don't have a problem with that) the price you actually pay for it is too high for the items you will be getting. As i said it's cheaper to buy in the market.
So in the end, you will end up with a few items, that you may or may not trade for something. (depending on the drop rates of the usual rare item) that won't give you anything that you will actually find useful. (Or maybe you will use that transformation scrolls that you will probably get from using the beer)

Both were fully open to free players. Draco 2 which I looked forward to so much was restricted to the shop :(
BTW the thread you posted for the independence day raids was 2005. Back then top grade was A, top level was 75. There wasn't third classes. I cant even remember if the subclasses were added before or after then. Enchants D to A would have been very welcome back then as there was a good market for all grades of equipment.
draco was a revisited Pumpkin event with better rewards, everyone knew and complained that those events were only good for bots who farmed 24/7 draco eggs

Yeah since the site is new the certificate is not in place yet. This won't prevent you from submitting tickets in the mean time. It should be in place soon.
When will the in-game Path to Awakening link be fixed?
Try restarting the client again and seeing if that fixes the issue. The first time you use the in-game Path to Awakening, it may not work.

This is why I looked at the rewards before I even bothered to get into this event. I looked at what you had buy in order to get anything decent and decided that this wasn't an event worth my time or money.
Its possible to post patch notes at least 1 week early so we can bother Vali and Juji you both with silly questions and tests ? :D
