Sooo...all your pre-god promises about F2P model were clearly lies. No P2W and No Premium Accounts...and here we are. P2W (or even enjoy event) and Premium Accounts (lets face it - Prestige Pack is nothing else but PA). Well...can't say I'm surprised. Moving on.
I don't get why is there so much hate in that thread. The event is lame even for the hardocre MasterCard-er. The rewards are one of the lamest ever. Pritty much every1 who pays serious bucks for the game, already has Blessed boss jewel, no no point to spend more money. No DEWR, no Blessed Scrolls, no Dark/BLoody stones = no interest from any1 actually. IDK what the GMs were thinking with prizes like BEAS/BEWS, but i can't describe it with words how pointless that is. At least they could've put some elegia/Top S80 weapon as a reward. Still makes more sense then all of the current prizes ...
now that right there is the best idea for a event reward ever increase the circulation of those armors that would give people a reason to buy ncoin to use that armor appearance.
at the same time part of me thinks the GM's just want to kill L2 because its been running for such a long time they want a reason to end this game.
maybe because they want us playing their other crap games? Aion/Blade & Soul/Guild Wars/Wild Star LINEAGE 2 beats all your other games... so stop ignoring your player base and why dont you listen/respond to what we players have to say for once?
At the current L2 state, Elegia set is the only thing that can make me spend money on NC coins. For why - well it's by far the best set (at least the light one for archer) and it super rare. It isn't something that can be botted/farmed/camped/bought like all the stupid bottles for the epics (yeah i know it drops from Epic Freya, but no bots can do epic freya and it's next to impossible to find ppl who wanna do it.).

Two totally different things you are trying to compare there. Also, has anyone even received either one of those stones from a prestige pack yet? You have a better chance farming them at Gainak, even with Server Super Powers camping it.

And btw i don't see why you need all the headache of botting 99 chars, when 2 archers 97 + iss and healer can take Glakias with palanty of time to spare. Oh, forgot bots usually run in Immo + Req, despite of the lvl and at 99 deal less dmg then 89lvl semi-well equiped char, but nevermind that.
Extreme Freya is bot unfreadly ços you need either very very high lvl charr to deal with glakias or very equiped lower lvl. Problem with the 1st is 10x to lvl diff, you won't get even BRES and with the 2nd - no1 will risk ~2bils worth of gear for bot.
I look at the event this way: only 3 event items clogging my inventory: hops malt and yeast. So it's definitely a small event.
My issue is that you guys (NCsoft) ought to stop making 'Event" designated items. I get B-rez, okay fine, but then they don't stack with my regular B-rez scrolls because they are event. So now in my inventory I have 51 regular B-rez and 2 event B-rez, I'd much prefer just having 53 B-rez, saving the inventory slot and the hassle.
And I can't register my EWR-Event in the AH. So that's a pain.

well, i got it after i used.... when theres items who u need to open who get others like wondrous cubic 30 days u can use it 30 days, so i got by coins that item coz tought is 30 days like wondrous... the obiously is who gonna get that item who is 1 use for wait 30 days for use it........ so i still up on my post.
