Concerns about Lineage 2

Hello. I'm a very old player considering coming back to the world of Lineage 2 but I have some concerns regarding certain issues this game seems to be dealing with, all of which I have read on the forums.

1) Apparently if you get invited to a party with someone using a program, the party gets auto-banned? Even if you didn't know about it? Is this really true? Can you talk to a GM and tell them your situation? Can you even be forgiven even though you personally did nothing wrong? I'm very concerned about this.

2) I have noticed, from watching youtube videos & looking at pictures, that there are a significant number of people running around with +16 weapons. How exactly did this happen? Were you able to donate for +16 weapons at one point? I heard that it's just people transmogrifying (like wow) +16 d grade weapons on the real weapons. Is this possible? Is this a significant game changing factor for people who don't donate/ don't have +16 weapons?

Thank you for your time.

Ofc it is, with so much AOE in the game, one with average gear is a mere insect that gets wiped with 1 or 2 AOEs during mass pvp.

The answer for this question is simple, Lineage business has turned in Trully Free, which means Very Very Trully Paid, in every ways. The portion of players that dont care to spend ***loads of $$ buying regular amounts of ncoins, these are all taggeds as nonfactors - and all punitive and restrictive actions can be taken on them, aswell.

Have a good game. :p

well, sort of. high enchant weapons are earned via Giant's scroll or Destruction scroll, or Blessed scroll (depending your method of choice) and Lucky enchant stones.

some of these can be bought from the NCoin shop. so some players drop a lot of coin on events that have good rewards, or do a lot of buying up the cheap auction house weapons to crush.

a fair number of ways, but all involve sizeable investment of adena or real money.

as to the botting thing, it has been reported that sometimes full parties are banned. this doesnt happen often. banning never did happen all that often.

if you stay legit, youve got a good chance to not get banned; if you always party with people you never met you might have issues.

get a clan, stick to your clan. try not to do too many pick up groups.

i myself seldom group.
