Cant Login!

I was in SH3 i had daily Quest and suddenly closed my client. Now i cant login. Help me!
When i relogin i put my password and do nothing. There is no any error message.

Only support can really help you. Try submitting a ticket at the website or email to [email protected]

You could check your email to see if you have a notice that you have been banned. Again, contact support if you have been.

As for other problems, we need to know what happens when you try to log in. Even if no error message, what does happen?

When you get ban and trying to log in it says you got banned also you get a mail saying you are banned but in our case the screen flashes out and resets psw without login or saying anything...I send support ticket on saturday an i am still waiting for a reply. I think it have something to do with authorization becouse when i logged into website it asked me again to authorize my home's IP again so i did, but nothing changed.But i dont understand becouse i can login perfectly with other accounts...

The migrated accounts are required to pass through this step before accessing to the boards. I suggest you to check around, there are some people complaining about it.

It has nothing to do with bans or whatever. The OP most likely got banned.

I 've said it before,I am in the same clan with some great guys, downside is some of them also run 4-5 bot trains each.

You don't always get an email and a status update when you get script banned. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days. Don't believe me go ask at the forum of the third party program you use.

Listen to me....you are confused....i am not your friend/s and definately i dont RMT/BOT/Scripting.. ok? got it or you want me to say it again? i am only 90 lvl and the best thing i archieved by legal playing is to get full immortal light set....there are legal players out there you know...
Edit: the only reason i think i could get ban is becouse i didnt buy any NCoin? just saying ;)

well you are describing exactly what they are describing, login, nothing happens, you loop back to the password screen. And 4 days later they got the you got banned emails. Beyond that, talk to support, we can't help you here in the forums

I did... but i think some ufo have took away the support team becouse noone is there...I didnt ask for forum help just reply to the OP that i have the same problem and then troll posts followed..i literally have 0 reason to get ban.Well when i learn what happened i will come back and post it.
Edit: and tell me if i got banned how the hell i can still log with the same account on site and do whatever i want?

ban game no is same ban account (main),

try use bad word in support or forum and u receive penality in acccount (main)

They just blocked my account for security reason or something about hacking(i dont want to copy-paste becouse its not legal) becouse i log from different locations possible..and seems i passed the tests? Anyway i got my account back and i can finally farm my way to get TW set..(dreams on) bb trollers <3

You can change the wording all you want, but you got banned. The only wrong thing someone was doing is to imply you were banned for botting.

I have this same problem. I made my Tyrr desloguei Isitna and yesterday when I tried to log some Feedback appeared not only deletes the email and password and there is not. I was in account management at site and sent a a Code for my email regarding the security of IP. Signed up this code and it did not work.
