how temporary are the boss jewels/scythe/cloak/mount ? is the scythe a regular weapon or a 1 patk/1 matk chrono type weapon ?

Actually, the boss jewels are permanent from the Dark Accessory Pack.

The weapon appearance stones are permanent and stay on the weapon until you use the restoration scroll from Grocer. Only boxes for the monster appearance stones are tradable. Once you open them up, the appearance stones cannot be exchanged.
Why is ncsoft constantly trying to unbalance the game to make a buck? The latest example: Exorcist Energy potions giving 85% matk for 2 hours and you get 3 potions for 80 ncoin.......really? Its bad enough that the cash rich have +16 dark weapons/armor and all the other accoutrements. But no lets give the nukers 85% matk on top of that so they can do 60k+ dmg in one shot on another moderately geared 99 player. So sad how you guys are slowly making this game a waste of time and ncoin for the majority of the player base....

Those donators are funding the game for the 'majority of the server base'. I'm willing to bet that there are a couple hundred people playing this game that buy all the over-priced pvp stuff, operate the bot parties to afford buying up all the destruction scrolls on the server no matter the cost. If more regular people bought stuff from the store regularly, NC would be catering to their wants. But instead you get people saying "overpriced PvP item in store? I'm not buying anything from the NC store anymore!" and then you see more overpriced PvP items in the store, and you can't make the connection? They spend money, you don't, NC makes stuff they'll buy. Pretty simple logic.
The other day I went to an all you can eat lobster buffet... not like I needed it, could have spent $5 at McDs and filled my gut. Hell, the shrimp and steaks were half decent, at this lobster feast (http://bostonlobsterfeast.com/), along with the assorted side dishes. I was full and ready to step out the door when the waitress mentioned the desert bar... yes I gorged myself on ice cream and bread pudding. The moral of this story set just outside of WDW on a warm night in a tourist infested Orlando... people with money like to spend it on stuff the don't really need.
One of the benefits of a company that creates an entertainment environment, what it sells is not needed... every pixel is a luxury.

edited: i think ive figured out why so many legit people have been "banned" - they haven't been, they just didnt understand the account migration (like me, who had a scare this AM when my shop box couldnt log in with usual user/pass)
see yesterday i contemplated buying some ncoin; however i later found out my paypal balance is zilch, so i couldn't do it. but i did (finally) migrate my box account in the process. this nullified my previous login information and forced me to use different credentials for the login (instead of user name, now its email)
when i enter the old account info it only says "activity suspended" but when entering the new info, all is fine.
I'm wondering if those hair accessories are permanent or they will vanish after event period.

Why don't you see it the other way around. If the servers weren't floated from adena farmers/cheaters etc more people potentially could spend some $ for nccoin.

You hit the nail on the head with your comments. All me and many others can see is ncwest making a buck and not caring about reprocussions from anything they sell. And now there are whispers of gm's being compromised by one of the super clans http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=262402. When there is smoke there is fire, not that any of the sheep that worry about how pretty their char looks cares.
