Thanks again to everyone that participated in the Halloween Adena Art contest. We received 74 official entries and they were all great. It was hard to narrow them all down to the top 5 and even harder to choose which order they should be awarded.
After much consideration and a few rounds of voting, here are the Top 5 winners:
not fair! you could have mentioned we are allowed to modify client files in order to make infinite zoom and print it! If I had that option available I would have made something better..

It has nothing to do with scripts.. my design would have looked much better and more clear if I could cover wide area taken from vertical view point, but since I couldn't I had to make angle shot to cover as much as possible.
Here between winners some could take shot 2 or 3x more far.

I marked the extents of my screen (while in vertical camera) with adena before laying out my design. Perhaps some people have super huge monitors and can fit more on their screens? Personally, I'm glad my screen wasn't any larger. My wrist hurt so much by the time I finished.
congratulations to the winners.
i now feel that it isn't worth my time to ever enter an adena art contest again :) as i am clearly outclassed and really don't like using too many non adena items... which is seemingly a criteria for winning. must contain minimum 30% color. i wanted to use antidotes, but they didn't do the antidote campaign so i didn't have many and didn't want to buy them.
although i did learn some valuable tricks.
not ranking is a little disheartening.
Second place picture is by far the best. Tastefully done. Good job St1nky!
And now time for a rant. I know we're allowed to use non-adena items, but have your limits people! In some picture's adena is barely even used... Too much color - too much mess, in my opinion. Or, if color is a huge factor to the judges, this should have been stated. Because to me, adena art is something st1nky has done, and not the pictures below.
I guess I will need to try harder next time. And use more color which kinda sucks...
Oh, and - I am glad that the pictures obviously created with certain software didn't make it to the top.
Wondering and it has been asked before, how do we get our pumpkin hats??
I saw something about the warehouse, but so far i didn't get anything yet.
tyvm all :) and gratz to all winner ;) and to all participants, cause i think there are many nice pics :)
tho i didnt win scythe, i want to ask if you can use it+appearance stone for any of 2-handed stuffs (i would like to buy it and use for my 2h mage stuff :P) ty for answer :)

lol?
1st: Its not bot flame topic.
2nd: You are bot and been boting since 2 years full parties.
3rd: Names/Screenshots prove nothing, I have plenty of haters who try to put my name everywhere, that include whatever website you took that from, hell I even saw my char on sale once lol...
4th: Accusations of such type in public is against eula, support.lineage2.com if you have problem...
The second place is definitely the most beautiful.
But I really came here to login on forum as to justify, either by the jurors as well as part of GM's and Staff and accept passively the fact that they use script in such events.
(In fact I write this, but there isn't an opinion done, all my friends who saw pattern and some indeed who attended the event argued the same thing as I said above).
From what I see, you boasted about having a Adena Printer script, but failed to make one that factored in the size of your screen! And now you are bummed because you didn't think to cheat even more with zoom ****.
By the way if you build your art in Rune Castle's "landing pad" you wouldn't need zoom ****:
you don't need a zoom ****... just find a spot where you can see your adena art from a higher angle, and go first person view.
you will need a box account to take the shot.
this also works for wyvern as far as i know.
but how many people do you know who actually ride those things?
by the way, anyone who submitted a "Scripted" adena art...
should we expect to see them banned?
just curious if i should be calling in favors, or making sure not to let them borrow anything just in case.
