Anyone in the game is potentially a scammer, most people haven't been given the chance to 'scam' yet, particularly if we are talking about redrop. A list of people who chose keeping a drop over the opinion of others is only counting the people lucky enough to have gotten the drop in the first place.
Don't raid with randoms; they are not invested in your clan or CP, so taking the drop has minimal backlash. It's gotten to the point that the people who expect others to relinquish their drops in the name of 'redrop' aren't taken seriously anymore, because the system is seriously flawed and unreliable when there are randoms in your group.
And if we're talking loaning Epics for Oly, usually clan websites have lists of trusted members that other members vouch for. Don't loan something you/your clan can't replace!
Rule Nr. 1 in mmorgs: Thrust nobody and you wont get scammed
or just think about that that you wont get even a single drop because everyone except you will scam the drop and be happy with the plus exp :D dont expect any kind of brain from the randoms
