Did you buy outfit before the Store Update? If so, then that set did not have the skill on it. The one that's currently in the L2 Store now has the skill.

I buy at least 4 ninja set (old promo) from the store and use one, buy they dont have skills. I dont know why the difference if i have full set appearance... its stink out....

Where can we get appearance stones for sigil or shield for Ninja set? I can't find them in L2 store and also should we need them or only set items are enough to get that skill item?

Sigil/Shield uses the weapon appearance stone.

This pretty much sums it up.
Also when you bought the old version, it didn't say anywhere it has a skill. You got exactly what you paid for.

You can chargeback your money and have your account suspended. Have fun.

The new Ninja set is cheaper and better...


lesson learned: Don't buy anything from NCSoft until they make it cheaper and better a few months later.
